Book 1
The Power of Sabbath was written for first responders and those who work 24/7, to show how choosing to take a purposeful day of rest each week actually heals and restores the body, and God's command to Honor the Sabbath is really an invitation to heal, destress, lose inflammation, and so very much more.
Book 2
Gratitude by Design takes us into the science behind God's command to "Give thanks in all circumstances." We discover that choosing a posture of gratitude literally rewires the brain and helps us stay grounded in Jesus rather than allowing the tensions and stress to control us. Healing, restoration, and connectedness follow.
Book 3
The Soul's Garden takes us beyond the pursuit of the Fruit of the Spirit in our lives to look at the act of cultivation and the science of growth. Our job is to abide, and to allow God to work the soil and prune. We must cooperate and trust while roots and life get healthy and begin to produce a rich harvest.
