After years in emergency medicine and seasons of both exhaustion and renewal, I began to see that God’s rhythms — rest, joy, forgiveness, surrender — are not merely spiritual ideals. They are physiological necessities woven into our very design, reflecting profound biblical wisdom.

Every heartbeat, every breath, every sunrise tells the same story: we were made to thrive within His divine pattern of restoration. Through scientific discovery, we understand that these rhythms are essential for our well-being.
